RMA Confirmation

Your RMA has been successfully submitted and an email notification has been sent to the Patient Safety Order Processing Department.  If your RMA includes an equipment exchange, a replacement product will be shipped to you in the next 1-2 business days to the address you specified in the RMA form.
Important next steps for replacement products:
1) A return shipping label will be included in the replacement product packaging.  This return shipping label will be used to send back the product being returned.
2) When you receive the replacement product, save the packaging.
3) Place the product being returned in the saved packaging and apply the return shipping label to the package.
4) Drop off the returned package to a location of the carrier specified on the shipping label.
Note: The products listed on the RMA form must be returned within 30 days of the delivery of the replacement product.  A charge for the full value of the replacement products will be incurred if not returned before the thirty (30) day period.
