Your RMA has been successfully submitted. You will receive an email with a return label to ship back the product under warranty for repair or replacement. The repair or replacement product will be returned to the address you specified in the RMA form within 5 days of receipt.
Important next steps for replacement products:
1) Keep your original accessories.
2) Check your email for the return shipping label. If you do not receive this within 1 business day, please contact our support team at email@example.com
3) Place the product being returned in a shipping container and apply the return shipping label to the package.
4) Drop off the returned package to a location of the carrier specified on the shipping label.
