RMA Confirmation

Your Return Materials Authorization (RMA) has been successfully submitted. You will receive an email with a return label to ship back the product for inspection, servicing, or replacement.  The repair or replacement product will be returned to the address you specified in the RMA form within 5 days of receipt.

Important next steps for replacement products:

1) Keep your original accessories.
2) Check your email for the return shipping label. If you do not receive this within 1 business day, please contact our support team at
3) Place the product being returned in a shipping container and apply the return shipping label to the package.
4) Drop off the returned package to a location of the carrier specified on the shipping label.
